ENND Partners was launched in 2024 under the umbrella of Hakuhodo DY Holdings, introducing a new category of professional service. It was founded by Masanobu Iwabuchi, a highly experienced expert in assisting business management at a global consultancy, and Tim Brown, a thought leader in the global design industry.
A collaborative, hands-on partner in transformation specialized in executing strategies for tangible results by focusing on, and mobilizing, people.
Our definition of ‘people’ includes management and employees, as well as users. We address the crux of issues by leveraging insights into societal, cultural and psychological dimensions.
We apply the power of design to the whole range of business activities including operational processes and behavioral change among employees, and not only to products and services.
We accompany the client up to the execution/operation stage through agile collaboration with creative talents from the Hakuhodo DY Group and global talents including from IDEO.
In taking action, we work as one team with the client, helping them to evolve into an autonomous organization through the transfer of expertise and skills on the job.
"I want to work in a field that connects creativity, business, and makes a profound impact." This vision, which ultimately led to the establishment of ENND Partners, has been central to my thinking since my early twenties.
The company name “ENND Partners” comes from the Zen circle. A circle is a perfect form and it represents continuity/completeness.
We added “and” to “en” to form “ENND,” with the intention of moving beyond simple perfection toward continuous action.
We chose "Partners" to reflect our desire to be partners, not just advisors, but to support executive leadership throughout their long-term journey of realization and achievement.
