In March, ENND PARTNERS hosted a closed event, which was attended by executives and next-generation leaders with whom we have long-standing relationships. The venue was a special space featuring a beautiful garden where participants could enjoy the changing seasons. Participants were able to relax and deepen their connections with one another in a comfortable atmosphere.

Tim Brown delivered the keynote speech, delving deeply into the essence of design thinking and emphasizing its importance in driving corporate transformation and value creation beyond the boundaries of products and services. He also shared examples of real-world success stories, such as Ford's “D-FORD” and Intercorp's educational initiative “Innova School,” which have generated significant business results, sparking great interest among the attendees.
Additionally, Masanobu Iwabuchi presented on the unique characteristics of Japanese management styles and how design and user-centric thinking can be leveraged to create significant value within Japanese companies, leading to lively discussions among the participants.

Furthermore, special guest Masaya Mori, AI Officer, joined us online from Singapore. He shared his insights on the latest AI trends and the leadership required in the AI era, sparking passionate discussions.
After the event, we received many positive comments from participants, which greatly encouraged the organizers. The relaxed atmosphere facilitated the formation of new networks and served as a catalyst for community building.
Additionally, with the cooperation of Tokyo Gallery, we were honored to display the wonderful artworks of Ayako Someya, which added a touch of creativity to the venue.

ENND PARTNERS will continue to provide a platform for exploring new approaches to management not through one-way communication, but by collaborating with the next generation of leaders to co-create the future.
We have released a highlight video summarizing the event.
We invite you to watch and experience the atmosphere for yourself.
